Who we Are

We are a forward-thinking commercial real estate firm that respects and seeks diversity in thought and background, and we listen. We believe that marketing must always be innovative and that it is our responsibility to research and identify trends. We pride ourselves in being selective of our projects.

We love our neighborhoods and believe that every transaction must improve the community around it. Most of all, we conduct ourselves ethically and we believe that hard work generates results.

We are a team of thinkers, strategists, optimists, and experienced negotiators who pursue opportunities that are often challenging but will generate value for our clients and will create a positive impact in our community.

What We Do

Maven is a full-service real estate company focusing on tenant and landlord representation, and the sales of investment properties. Since 2010, we’ve helped clients and our communities thrive by planting some of the best chefs and retailers into our downtown districts and neighborhoods. We put our deep network of contacts, our neighborhood knowledge, and our years of successful experience into every real estate brokerage and consulting assignment—and we do it all with a creative and progressive approach. We're known for being candid and collaborative as we go about our mission of finding the right fit for our clients, whether it be a new location, a new tenant, a buyer, or an investment property.
